designkit.tools is built so that, by default, your files never leave your device. This page explains what actually happens, technically, when you use the site.

1. Client-side file processing

The tools that work with your images or files (compressor, resizer, resolution checker, and others) run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. The file you select is read and processed locally; it is not uploaded to our servers or to any third party as part of using these tools.

2. No accounts, no stored files

There is no sign-up and no user database. We do not store your files, and we do not keep a history of what you generate.

3. Delivered over HTTPS

The site is served over HTTPS, which encrypts the connection between your browser and our hosting provider.

4. Third-party scripts on this site

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, and Google AdSense to display ads. Both are Google services that set their own cookies and are covered by Google's own privacy and security practices — see our Privacy Policy for details and opt-out links.

5. Payments

Where a paid feature is offered, payment is handled by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card details ourselves.

6. Reporting a concern

If you believe you've found a security issue with designkit.tools, please reach out through the channels listed on the site so we can look into it.
